Dr. Matthew Paley, DO, is a board-certified psychiatrist with expertise in addiction psychiatry and peripartum mental health. His clinical approach integrates medication management and psychotherapy, allowing for a comprehensive and individualized understanding of each patient’s condition.
Dr. Paley has extensive experience treating a wide range of psychiatric conditions, with a focus on developing thoughtful, evidence-based treatment plans that support long-term stability and functional improvement. His work emphasizes understanding the complexity of mental health through both clinical and behavioral perspectives.
In addition to his clinical practice, Dr. Paley serves as a Qualified Medical Evaluator (QME), providing objective and comprehensive psychiatric evaluations for workers’ compensation cases. His evaluations include detailed medical record review, clinical assessment, and clear, defensible reporting addressing causation, impairment, and treatment considerations.

Dr. Paley earned his Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine degree from Touro University and completed his psychiatry residency at Dell Medical School at The University of Texas at Austin, where he served as Chief Resident in Emergency Psychiatry.
